When we gather

The Gathering

The two morning Gatherings are identical — same songs, same teaching, same length. The 9:00 tends to draw families with small children and empty nesters; the 11:00 is fuller and a little louder. Both run about seventy minutes. Greetyr Kids runs at both.

Vespers

Sunday evening at 6:00 PM in the chapel. Candlelit, mostly sung, no amplified band, about forty-five minutes. Communion is served every week at Vespers. There is no childcare at Vespers, though children are very welcome in the room.

Midweek Service

Wednesday at 7:00 PM in the worship room. A shorter teaching and a longer time of prayer. Greetyr Students meets at the same hour in the youth suite, and Greetyr Kids offers programming for infants through 5th grade.

Franklin Campus

One Gathering on Sunday at 10:00 AM at 301 Mallory Station Road, with the same teaching delivered live by Pastor Renee Alvarez. There is no Vespers and no midweek service in Franklin. Kids programming runs at the 10:00 AM Gathering.

Everything else in a normal week

These are not worship services, but people ask about them often enough that they belong on this page:

• Morning Prayer — Wednesday, 6:30 AM, chapel. A half hour of silent and spoken prayer before work. Coffee at 6:15. This is a prayer meeting, not a service.
• Prayer & Anointing — Saturday, 4:00 PM to 5:00 PM, chapel. An elder is available to pray with anyone who wants it. Drop in; no appointment.
• Church office hours — Tuesday through Friday, 9:00 AM to 4:00 PM. Closed Mondays.
• Staff meeting — Tuesday, 10:00 AM. The building is open but the office phone often goes to voicemail for an hour.
• Celebrate Recovery — Thursday, 6:30 PM, fellowship hall. Open to the neighborhood, not just to our church.
• AA — Monday and Friday, 7:00 PM, fellowship hall. Hosted by us, run independently.
