Twelve people on staff, five elders, and several hundred volunteers who do most of the actual work.
Lead Pastor
Planted the church in 2009 after eleven years in campus ministry. Preaches most Sundays, works through books of the Bible a passage at a time, and still teaches the membership class himself. Married to Grace; three kids, one beagle.
Teaching Pastor
Joined in 2016 from a church in Memphis. Preaches about fifteen Sundays a year, oversees our teaching calendar, and leads the Thursday men's breakfast study. Doing a doctorate in Old Testament on his day off, which tells you something.
Franklin Campus Pastor
Launched and leads our Franklin campus, which she grew from a launch team of forty to about 350. Preaches roughly twenty Sundays a year across both campuses. Ordained 2018.
Kids Director
Runs Greetyr Kids at both campuses — nursery through 5th grade, about 240 children on a normal Sunday. Ask her about VBS, check-in, or accommodating a child with additional needs.
Students Pastor
Middle and high school, Wednesday nights and everything around them. Leads the summer mission trip and the Student Leadership Team.
Worship Director
Leads music at both morning Gatherings and at Vespers, schedules the band and vocal teams, and runs auditions twice a year. If you play something, she wants to know.
Community Groups Director
Places people in the forty-two community groups and trains their leaders. The person to email if you've been meaning to join a group for eight months.
Care Pastor
Hospital visits, funerals, benevolence, and the One Another care team. Also the staff contact for Celebrate Recovery.
Missions Director
Manages our four local partnerships and three international ones, plus the annual Guatemala and Memphis trips.
Business Manager
Finance, HR, facilities contracts, and the annual report. Handles giving statements and anything involving a receipt.
Communications Director
The bulletin, the website, the sermon audio, and the reason anyone knows an event is happening.
Facilities Manager
Keeps two buildings running. Book the fellowship hall or the gym through him.
Five elders hold final authority for the church's direction, doctrine, and staffing. They serve three-year terms and are affirmed by a members' vote. Two are women.

Sunday is the front door; groups are the living room. Forty-two groups of 8–12 people meet in homes across Nashville and Williamson County every week.
Generosity is how this church funds its neighborhood work. Ten percent of everything given goes straight back out to Berry Hill and beyond.
